Served as President Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim since January 4, 2024, Born in Kudus, January 8, 1956. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree at Universitas Tujuh Belas Agustus (1979), Master of Management at the Indonesian Institute of Business and Informatics Jakarta (1998), and Doctorate at Padjajaran University Bandung (2015). Previously served as Acting Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014.

H. Azis Samual, S.Sos, M.Si

Commissioner

Served as Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim since 30 June 2025. Born in Ambon, July 17, 1964. Obtained a Bachelor of Social Science degree at the YAPAN Jakarta College of Administration in 2005, and completed postgraduate education (S-2) Master of Economics and Administration at the YAPAN Jakarta College of Administration in 2008.

Started his career at PT Silvatera in 1989 as Head of Supervision, and from 1995 to 2019 held various positions in several companies. Previously served as President Commissioner at PT Spacecon International from 2010-2022.

Since 2022, he has been active in various strategic consulting activities and organizational roles in the industrial and infrastructure sectors before being appointed Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim.

Has served as Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim since Mei 31, 2019. Born in Madiun, June, 5, 1963. Obtained a Bachelor's degree of Social science and political science degree from Indonesian University (1989), and Master of Southeast Asian Studies in National University of Singapure (1996), and earned a Doctorate in Departement of Political Science, National University of Singapore (2003).

Previously the Independent Business of Making Coal Briquettes, Activist Forum Organization 77-78, Organization of the People's Sovereignty Movement & Social Justice (Petisi-50), Civil Society Movement Organizations and Transitional House Infrastructure working group organizations.

Served as Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim since 25 November 2024, Born in Toraja, 11 June 1978. In 2003 earned a Bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Medicine, Hasanudin University, Makassar. In 2014 earned a Master's degree at IPMI Business School, Jakarta. Previously served as a Civil Servant until now.

Has served as Commissioner of Pupuk Kaltim since April 23, 2020. Born in Klaten, 20 October 1955. Started his career in Pupuk Kaltim since 1981. Previously served as The Director of Engineering and Development in PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek (2001 - 2004), The Director of Production in PT Petrokimia Gresik (2004 - 2010), The Director of Engineering and Development in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (2010 - 2012) and President Director of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (2012 - 2015). Also, serve as President Commissioner of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda (2015 - present). Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Gajah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 1980.
