The Good Corporate Governance manual serves as the basis for the PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur Board of Directors and Management to make decisions and establish policies in accordance with GCG principles, i.e., transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. The GCG Manual is required to enable PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur to endure in the face of tougher competition; thus, GCG is expected to become the means to achieve the company’s vision and mission.
